MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE

CITY OF BUNKER HILL VILLAGE, TEXAS

FEBRUARY 28, 2008 

Mayor Essary called the special meeting of the City Council of the city of Bunker Hill Village to order at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 11977 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas.

I.                   CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

II.                DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING CHANGE ORDER TO WILLIAMSBURG LANE PROJECT.

Motion was made by Councilwoman Schwartz and seconded by Councilman Brown to approve Change Order No. 6 in the amount of $8,750.00.  Motion carried 3-1 with Councilman Smyre voting against the motion.

III.             DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING BIDDING MEMORIAL DRIVE OVERLAY AND THE LEFT TURN LANE ON GESSNER ROAD AS ONE PROJECT.

No action on this item.

IV.              ADJOURN

Motion was made by Councilman Ellis and seconded by Councilwoman Schwartz to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 p.m.  Motion carried 4-0.
